Shipping

Every card you pull is stored in your vault until you decide what to do with it. When you request shipping, here is what to expect.

  • United States only. We ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to freight forwarders and may decline addresses we cannot verify.
  • Shipping fee. A fee may apply, and orders above the displayed threshold ship free. The exact fee and threshold are shown before you confirm, and the fee is charged to your spendable credit — never your cash-out balance.
  • Timing. We aim to dispatch shipping requests promptly. If we cannot ship an in-stock item within 30 days of your request, we will notify you, and you may cancel that request for a full reversal of the shipping fee — the card returns to your vault either way.
  • Address accuracy is on you. Double-check the address before confirming. We are not responsible for shipments misdelivered because of an incorrect or outdated address, and a reship may carry an additional fee.
  • Tracking. Once dispatched, your order and its tracking number are visible under the Orders tab in your account.
  • Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. If a package is damaged or never arrives, contact support@slabbed.us within 14 days of the carrier's recorded delivery date (or 30 days of dispatch if no delivery is recorded) so we can pursue a carrier claim on your behalf.
  • Once shipped, a card leaves your vault permanently — buyback is no longer available on it.

If a card arrives damaged, or isn't the card identified by the certification number shown in your vault, see our Returns policy. Full legal terms covering shipping are in Section 10 of our Terms of Service.
