- Opened packs are final. Opening a pack is the delivery of the merchandise you bought. Once opened it cannot be cancelled, refunded, reversed, or exchanged, whatever the outcome — this holds regardless of which card you receive.
- Added credit is non-refundable once applied to your account, except for duplicate or erroneous charges, or where the law requires otherwise. Contact support@slabbed.us within 30 days if you believe you were charged in error.
- Shipping requests may be cancelled while an order is still in "requested" status — the card returns to your vault and any shipping fee is credited back. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
- Shipped cards are pre-owned graded collectibles sold as described by their grading company, and are not returnable for a change of mind. If a card arrives damaged, or is not the card identified by the certification number in your vault, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement, repurchase, or refund.
